1. Two Passport Photograph

One of the requirements is submitting 2 passport photographs to the NIESV branch while obtaining a form.

2. Acquiring the Application Form

Get the application form from any NIESV branch for just 1,000 Naira, and Make sure every detail is filled in accurately and completely.

3. Make Your Payment To NIESV Branch in Abuja

Next up, a payment of 2,000 Naira to the NIESV account in Abuja. The account number will be provided to you at the branch where you obtained a form.

4. Academic credentials

Your academic credentials, be it a Degree Certificate or Higher National Diploma (HND), are required during the filling of form. so, be sure to go with them!

5. Secondary School Results

Don’t overlook your secondary school results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), along with the scratch card for result checking. These documents are needed also.

6. NYSC Discharge Certificate

Your NYSC Discharge Certificate or Posting Letter (if serving) is also needed. so be sure to go along with them!

7. Letter of Recommendation from a Real Estate Firm

You are to obtain a letter of recommendation from a Registered Real Estate firm.

Navigating the Application Process
